SUMMER AAU COMPETITIVE TEAMS
Our Summer AAU teams are built around a fast-paced, highly competitive summer schedule with a greater emphasis on game experience. Teams compete in some of the top tournaments across the GTA, while also travelling to the United States to compete against teams from outside the region.

WINTER COMPETITIVE TEAMS
Our Winter Competitive Teams are designed as a development-focused season; we focus on developing individual skills, basketball IQ, team concepts, communication, discipline, and confidence. Players are challenged to understand the game beyond just running plays and rather have a focus on learning how to read the floor, make decisions, and play effectively within a team.

TOURNAMENTS • LEAGUE PLAY • ELITE COMPETITION • DEVELOPMENT • GROWTH • CULTURE

Our winter program emphasizes sustainable development through GTA league participation and at least two practices each week. Our teams focus on two-way play and developing basketball IQ. We ensure our players understand the strategy behind every basketball drill, attack, and movement rather than just performing repetitive drills.
Â
Running from September through late spring, this extended six-month season provides a setting for consistent progress, team bonding, and long-term application of basketball concepts. Furthermore, we provide our athletes with dedicated team film sessions and exclusive training opportunities. The winter season is dedicated to fostering competitive growth while creating lifelong memories for every athlete on our roster.

Â
Beyond the court, athletes benefit from film study and dryland conditioning to sharpen their basketball IQ and physical performance.
The summer season is much more fast-paced compared to the winter season. Summer basketball focuses on quick adaptation and consistent performance. With travel opportunities and tougher competition, players are challenged to elevate their game and excel under pressure. Join us this summer to sharpen your skills and showcase your talent against the best!
